Mr. Ryan’s career spans 30 years guiding companies in strategic planning, operations, finance/accounting, M&A, process improvement and restructuring.  He has spent 20 years working with companies that make, buy, machine, fabricate or otherwise process ferrous and non-ferrous metals. As a CFO and operating executive, he has utilized his financial and operational skills to lead turnaround efforts, integrate acquisitions, manage change and drive business process improvement initiatives across a diverse array of companies.

His representative experience has included a leading OEM of large power transmission equipment, a contract machining business of hip and knee joints, a pulp/paper manufacturer, a manufacturer of Chlorine and related co-products, a forging and machining business in the power generation and defense space, and a variety of casting, forging tooling, and value-added processors in the metals space.

Mr. Ryan has represented debtors and creditors as CRO and lender advisor performing business plan assessments, operational and financial restructuring planning, and turnaround management. He has served as CRO, CEO and CFO

Mr. Ryan holds a BS in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a Certified green belt in Six Sigma and lean principles, specifically Root Cause Analysis.
