Carl Marks Advisors Appoints Lau and Parisi to Partner

NEW YORK – May 6, 2022 – Carl Marks Advisors, a leading investment bank providing financial and operational advisory services to middle market companies, today announced that Robert C. Lau III and Christopher Parisi have been appointed Partners at the firm. The promotions come at a time of increased growth and deal volume at Carl Marks Advisors.

Lau is head of business development at the firm. With more than 28 years as a senior executive in financial markets, he has been crucial to the firm’s growth and visibility among lenders and equity sponsors. Since joining the firm in 2009, Lau has spearheaded the creation and management of relationships with leading financial institutions.

Parisi joined Carl Marks Advisors in 2020 and has a wealth of experience working with owners and management teams of middle-market companies who want to sell or recapitalize their companies. He has particular expertise with family-owned or closely held pre-institutional businesses.
