Krattiger to serve as Vice President of Conferences
NEW YORK – December 2, 2024 – Carl Marks Advisors, a leading investment bank providing financial and operational advisory services to middle market companies, today announced that Jeanine Krattiger, a Managing Director at the firm, has been named to the Executive Board of the Turnaround Management Association(TMA), the premier nonprofit serving corporate renewal and restructuring professionals worldwide. Beginning January 1, 2025, Krattiger will serve as Vice President of Conferences for the board.
In this role, Krattiger will help guide the vision and programming topics and oversee and manage the strategic planning, program development, and marketing and promotion of TMA’s 2025 conferences.

Krattiger leads Carl Marks Advisors’ marketing and communications. She works closely with firm leadership to develop and integrate strategic, multi-channel communications programs that integrate marketing, public relations and business development activities. Her expertise includes media relations, strategic marketing campaigns, website development, internal and external communications, philanthropy and more.
