NEW YORK – October 8, 2015 – Carl Marks Advisors acted as exclusive financial advisor and investment banker to Sun & Skin Care Research, LLC, maker of the Bull Frog®, NO-AD®, and Ocean Potion® sun care brands, in the sale of certain of its assets (including such brands) to SolSkyn Personal Care LLC. Sun & Skin Care Research is an independent sun care company that markets its three brands through food, drug, mass, and specialty retailers throughout the United States as well as internationally.

In May, 2015, Carl Marks Advisors was engaged to help the company explore strategic alternatives that would support continued growth and maximize value for the Company’s stakeholders.
