David Mintz, CPA

Mr. Mintz is a restructuring professional who brings a combination of investment banking and operational restructuring experience to each engagement. He has worked with company owners, management teams, private equity groups, lenders and investors across various industries.

Before joining Carl Marks Advisors, Mr. Mintz worked at BDO Consulting Group, where he worked on all stages of the restructuring process, performing buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory, crisis management, turnaround, out-of-court restructuring, and Chapter 11 work.

Mr. Mintz holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant, FINRA Registered Representative and member of the Turnaround Management Association.
