Ideal candidate is a management professional who has been a successful executive in the Retail sector and has experience in turnaround and improvement consultancy for small to medium sized firms. Experience in Retail must have included management of store operations, plus hands-on implementation of successful E-commerce initiatives.
The Salesforce Administrator will incorporate CMA’s organizational and marketing strategy and corresponding business flow needs to manage and expand the Salesforce.com platform (“Salesforce”). Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of Salesforce, system design and administration, user support/training, data quality and report development. This person will also manage the firm’s marketing automation app (Pardot) and the company-wide content management and file sharing space (Box) as they relate to workflow functions.
The Associate / Analyst will work within on a diverse range of engagements in restructuring, turnaround, bankruptcy and operational improvement, providing analytical & financial modeling support. The position is based in New York City; however, there will be times when the candidate will be required to travel significantly.
