David Mintz, CPA

Mr. Mintz is a restructuring professional who brings a combination of investment banking and operational restructuring experience to each engagement. He has worked with company owners, management teams, private equity groups and lenders across various industries. His engagement experience includes financial restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as debt and equity capital raises.

Before joining Carl Marks Advisors, Mr. Mintz worked at BDO Consulting Group, where he provided restructuring advisory and turnaround services.

Mr. Mintz holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant, FINRA Registered Representative and member of the Turnaround Management Association.
