Scott Pasquith, CPA, has over 25 years of experience providing financial and operational advisory services, serving as an interim senior executive, and supervising senior corporate financial and general management functions. He possesses a wide range of experience in financial reporting, cash flow and asset management, manufacturing accounting, banking relationships, budgeting/forecasting analysis and operational planning activities.
Mr. Pasquith’s key career accomplishments include: establishing sources of financing, creating reliable 13-week rolling cash forecasts, upgrading financial reporting facilities, establishing and implementing financial metric reporting and rating systems for sales management, using interest rate swaps to convert variable rate debt to fixed, creating a subsidiary performance evaluation program to measure return on capital, and installing new manufacturing business systems to convert companies to single platforms.
His wide spectrum of industry experience has included food & grocery, distribution, furniture, media, healthcare, manufacturing and oil and gas services.

Advisor to the lenders of Roberts Brothers Coach, a specialty vehicle manufacturer of custom bus motor coaches for music and celebrity clients. Mr. Pasquith reviewed and assembled the Company’s financial statements, along with its 13-week cash flow projections, performed a brief assessment of the Company’s financial controls and procedures, identified high priority issues, and recommended specific performance improvement programs. Corporate Controller, Technimark, a plastic injection molding operation. Assisted in growing sales 3-fold, helped open 4 new manufacturing facilities (3 in Mexico), performed complete oversight of accounting functions, inventory, and cost accounting, prepared operating and capital budgets, handled all legal and contract negotiations, and prepared all monthly financial reports.
Following a full operational and financial assessment by Carl Marks Advisors, Mr. Pasquith was installed as Interim Controller of Hettinger, a provider of in-field construction services to the oil and gas industry, where handled the month end close and other technical issues for the year-end audit, prepared the 2010 budget, and developed a new month end financial reporting program.
Advisor to Altech Inspection, Inc., a provider of turnaround, on-stream piping, new construction, and refractory inspection services. There he performed an assessment of the company’s current financial system, evaluated the ability of the company to migrate to a new business system that was being used by a sister company, and assisted the company in its implementation of the new system.
Chief Financial Officer of Sofa Express, a retail upholstered furniture operation, responsible for maintaining oversight of all accounting, human resources, credit, IT, and facility maintenance functions.
Mr. Pasquith holds a BS in Accounting from Wake Forest University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of North Carolina.
