Tyler Montague has over 30 years of experience as a senior executive providing business advisory services to middle-market companies developing and implementing numerous financial and operational improvement programs. He possess a wide range of experience in the areas of production management, project management, organizational development, change management, and business process redesign. Additionally, he has contributed significant technical expertise in IT and ERP systems, including both Windows GUI and AS/400 based technologies.
Mr. Montague has served in various roles for a myriad of companies, including Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations, Production Superintendent, Technical Manager, Production Coordinator, Plant Manager, Global SAP Manager, Site Engineering Manager, and Director of Operations. His wide spectrum of industry experience has included manufacturing, metals, chemicals, retail, consumer products, transportation, healthcare and meat products.
His recent experience includes: special advisor to the CRO and CEO of Joe’s Jeans, where he facilitated and stabilized daily operations at all sites over a 12-month period, while the Company completed the successful sale of the business; an executive leadership role in revitalizing the manufacturing operations of Rowe Furniture; business process advisor to Florida Marine Transport LLC, leading to an interim costing/billing process system that handled an expansion from $400k per day to $2.5MM per day; and advisor to Anesthesia Healthcare Partners, Inc., where he performed an assessment of the company and its business plan, then monitored operational improvements and financial performance against projection.
Mr. Montague graduated with a B.Ch.E. Cum Laude from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
